I recently stayed at 3rd Street Flats for a girls weekend and it was a great experience. The apartment-style rooms are so cute and the staff were really accommodating. There is tons of stuff within walking distance which made it super fun. Highly recommend this place! Stefanie Baileymay's Boutique

OK..we only live 30 miles from McMinnville, but wanted to celebrate our anniversary in style. We also wanted to be within walking distance of restaurants and wine tasting, shopping, and entertainment. We chose to stay 2 nights in the newest addition of 3rd Street Flats in the old Odd Fellows Building, in Flat #6. It surpassed our expectations! The Flat was tastefully decorated, the bed was VERY comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, the complimentary wine and candy tasted great, and it was very quiet. We travel with our own hygiene kits so the absence of shampoo, shave cream, body lotions, etc. was not a problem. When it came to dining, we ate in for breakfast and once for lunch. The options for eating in McMinnville are endless, including typical American food to Italian, Mexican, Cajun, French or Spanish to name a few. It is nice to see creative and fashionable accommodations close to home. We will treat ourselves at 3rd. Street Flats again soon.

Working in the local wine industry, we often host clients and business travelers who are visiting the McMinnville area. 3rd Street Flats offers the perfect accommodations for our guests. I have heard many compliments from our clients who have stayed at the Flats from the great location right on charming 3rd Street to the unique decor of each flat. Guests are steps away from local restaurants but also have fully stocked kitchens in their rooms if the evening calls for staying in. Be sure to reserve early though, as these popular accommodations book quickly, especially during the summer months.

Spent two nights in the lovely Flat 9 for a Mom-Staycation. The flat was fully stocked with everything I could have needed to extend my stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable! The flat was clean and provided the perfect environment for a relaxing couple of days. Associated with the Atticus and right next door, all amenities were available if needed. Bikes, valet parking, a small convenience store, and a central location to wander around downtown McMinnville. Everything is visually appealing and decorated with fine detail. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family!

This place is stellar. Absolutely adore 3rd Street Flats. The service is amazing, the lobby feels like a step back in time. The rooms are simply gorgeous. Beds are so cozy and comfortable. I will be making this an annual occasion. Thank you team! Well done!

We stayed in the 4th flat and would come back in a heartbeat. It’s got warm historic brick walls, 11ft ceilings and windows all around with views of the street. Sexy, sumptuous and cozy are what I’d use to describe this particular flat. The bed was insanely comfortable and we loved the little touches like local coffee from Flag & Wire and a bottle of wine and chocolates upon arrival. We didn’t cook while here but the kitchen came fully equipped if you wanted to do that. The location was peak McMinville, too! We roamed 3rd and ate and drank to our hearts content. This spot is the perfect home base for exploring downtown.

We stayed here in unit 8 and really enjoyed it. The room was large with a full kitchen. You can use the amenities like the gym at the adjacent hotel. We chose the flats instead because we got a lot more space for the money. It has a fantastic location in downtown Mcminneville an easy walk to many restaurants and shops and tasting rooms. It was street parking which was easy and we found a spot across the street. You ask when you get there.

The decor was fabulous, the staff were professional and knowledgeable regarding local places to eat and shop. This was a perfect place for a weekend in McMinnville. I wish we could have stayed longer.

My friends stayed here. The rooms are amazing. Worth every penny. It hade a huge retro vibe living room for entertaining, a bar (you supply all the mixers and alcohol and the two rooms were great! The kitchenette was small, but you're on 3rd Street and your most likely not going to use it much. It's nice and will do.
